About this program
UTECH SOLUTIONS INC, doing business as Utech Digital, offers optional recurring marketing and informational text messages about artificial intelligence, guides, automation, products, services, events and offers. These terms apply specifically to the AI Insights SMS program.
Your choice to subscribe
Subscribe by selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox on our signup form and providing your mobile number. Messages may be sent using automated technology. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, subscribing to email, or receiving email resources. Leaving the SMS checkbox unchecked means you have not subscribed to SMS.
The program is intended for adults 18 and older with U.S. mobile numbers. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Tell us if you change or give up your number so we can stop messages to that number.
Frequency and costs
You may receive up to 4 marketing text messages per month. Opt-in confirmations, responses to HELP requests and an opt-out confirmation may be sent in addition to marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your carrier about your plan. Delivery and availability depend on your carrier and device; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the SMS program. After unsubscribing, you may receive one confirmation text and will receive no further marketing texts unless you subscribe again. Reply HELP for help, or email hudson@utechdigital.com. You may also contact us by email to withdraw consent or update your preferences. Opting out of SMS does not change an independently selected email subscription.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, retention and your choices. We do not sell contacts or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process information as necessary to operate and deliver this program.
Program updates
We may update or discontinue the program. We will post updated terms here and obtain new consent where required for material changes to the messages you agreed to receive.
